This course is designed to be as interactive as possible. For each instructional point, we have provided an interactive model that simulates the actions of the live ARC Memo Manager application. Many of the screens contain small movies of the real application that help illustrate the instructions. The ARC Memo Manager screens inside the movie will change to reflect the actions you take. The page you are viewing will not change. If you feel that you need to see the content of the movie again, click the "Re-Play" button on the bottom of every movie. If you feel that you understand the material, click the "Continue" button at the bottom or top of the page to go on.

Please take the time to click around, fill in the boxes, and interact with the model. It is designed to be a place to learn about ARC Memo Manager, as well as a safe place to make mistakes. This will give you a head start when you have to work in ARC Memo Manager.

The course is divided into six Chapters. Each chapter has a number of Lessons. Each Chapter and Lesson should be taken in sequence the first time; you may review any Lesson you wish after you've completed it the first time.
