Lesson 4: AMM Registration Instructions 
  • To register for an AMM Primary Administrator account. The user must be the Primary Administrator for either IAR or My ARC. The My ARC user name and password should be used to register once the users MY ARC account is activated.
  • Primary Administrators will be approved by ARC and will receive an activation email to activate their account.
  • Additional users will register separately and then the Primary Administrator will receive an email notifying him that a user needs to be approved. After the Primary Administrator activates the users account, the user will receive his activation email.
  • Additional users can not register if a Primary Administrator has not registered.
  • Only one primary administrator is allowed per company.
  • If a Primary Administrator has already registered, additional users can submit a user request. The Primary Administrator can then assign those users a role, such as Administrator.
