Lesson 5: Selecting the correct type of registration

Option Type of Registration Description A ARC Memo Manager Primary Administrator "I am a current IAR or My ARC Primary Administrator registering myself." The user is the Primary Administrator registering himself. Only one Primary Administrator is allowed per ARC #. Additional users must register as an AMM user and be given administrator rights by the Primary Administrator, if the Primary Administrator grants those rights. B ARC Memo Manager Primary Administrator "I am a current IAR or My ARC Primary Administrator registering another person in my company." The IAR or My ARC Primary Administrator has selected someone else to be Primary Administrator for AMM. The Primary Administrator is using his credentials to validate the new user as the AMM Primary Administrator. C ARC Memo Manager User "I am a current IAR or My ARC User registering myself." All other IAR or My ARC users registering for AMM use this option. D ARC Memo Manager User "I am not a current user of IAR or My ARC requesting an ARC Memo Manager user account for myself." Any user that does not have an IAR or My ARC account will use this option to request access to AMM. E ARC Memo Manager Primary Administrator "I am a System Provider or Supplier registering myself." A GDS, vendor or other supplier uses this option to register. Note: ALL additional users after the Primary Administrator should register themselves with option C or D. The Primary administrator can give them a new role after they register.
