Users will receive an email from ARC Memo Manager with the subject "Welcome to ARC Memo Manager" after they are approved. The user name and unique token link is included in this email. The initial password is the user's email address that was used for registration. The registration process is case sensitive, meaning that the email address (initial password) must be entered exactly as it was at registration. Clicking this link or copying and pasting it into the user's browser will allow them access AMM.
