ARC Memo Manger gives you the ability to dispute a memo from the Memo Details screen. To dispute a memo:
At the Memo Details screen,
- Click the Dispute button.
- Once selected, the Memo Manager - Dispute screen displays.
- Type the dispute dollar value in the Dispute Amount textbox.
- Type any comments concerning the dispute in the Comment (public) textbox.
- Click the Submit button.
- Once selected, the Memo Manager - Save screen displays asking "Do you want to submit changes?".
- Click the Yes button to save the changes.
- Once selected, the Memo Details screen displays. The dispute information is stored in the dispute section of the memo and the memo status is updated to dispute pending. The comments are stored in the public comments box in the correspondence section of the memo..
- Click the Cancel button to exit the screen without saving changes.
- Once selected, the Memo Manager - Dispute screen displays.
