When your work in IAR is completed, you should terminate your session by clicking the Close IAR link located on the IAR Home page screen or the Sales Report screen. Upon successfully closing IAR, the close IAR screen displays and the browser window closes.
Note: To provide additional protection, a timeout feature is used within IAR. This feature automatically logs you out of the system after 15 minutes of inactivity. In order to continue working in IAR, you must provide your My ARC Username and password again. Re-establishing and authenticating your credentials for your online session helps to reduce unauthorized access to transactional data.
