The next step in the account activation process is to set-up security questions. Users must select and answer three security questions. Security questions are space and punctuation sensitive. Click the Submit button when finished. (A user's security questions and answers will allow them to reset their own password.
At the Security Questions screen,
Click the Question 1 drop down box and select a security question.
Type your answer to Question 1 in the Answer 1 textbox.
Click the Question 2 drop down box and select a security question.
Type your answer to Question 2 in the Answer 2 textbox.
Click the Question 3 drop down box to select a security question.
Type your answer to Question 3 in the Answer 3 textbox.
Click the Submit button to create the security questions.
Click the Cancel button to not create the security questions.
Once selected, a message displays stating "You must select three security questions and enter your answers in order to complete the activation process".
Click the OK button to return to the Security Questions screen and resume the process.
Click the Cancel button and a message appears stating "Your security questions have not been set. You must log in and complete the activation process before you can access the system".
Note: If security questions are not completed, upon the next login you will automatically be taken to the Setup Security Questions to resume the activation process.
