Lesson 14: Memo Details - Flag Memo for TRS - Carrier Only 
This option allows carriers to flag a memo for ARC's Ticket Resolution Services (TRS) Department so that TRS can help carriers resolve memos.

To flag a memo:

At the Memo Details screen,
  1. Click the TRS checkbox.
  2. In the memo reasons section, click the TRS Reason drop down box and select a reason.
  3. Click the Save button.
  4. Once selected, the memo details are saved and TRS is notified that a memo is waiting.
Note: You must have a TRS subscription and one ticket associated with a memo to send it to TRS.
