How to Use provides information on the presentation style of the course and how to navigate through the course and/or test material. Refer to this section before beginning to use the ARC Specialist Training Course or Examination. Click here to go there now or click the "How to Use" button to the left.

This program is offered to any individual seeking to become ARC Specialists. You must create an account and registered in order to gain access to the course or exam material. Please click on the Create an Account link on the side for further instructions.

When you create an account, you will be asked to choose a password and, if you don't already have one, will be assigned an ARC Pin*. You will need to use this at the Login Section to gain access. If you have a problem creating an account, registering or logging in, and are unable to find the answer on this page or How to Use page; please email a description of your problem to dean@theacademy.com, and we will reply, usually no later than the next business day.

*If you registered prior to 9-20-07, your username will be either your email address or SSN.
